Clive Steed

Managing Partner

Over 30 years of electrical engineering and commercial management with the MOD, London Electricity, EDF and UK Power Networks.

Favourite Projects

Wembley Stadium, numerous on and off shore wind farms, a few large data centres, large commercial developments in the city and the East of London.

Loves

Brighton & Hove Albion, time with friends & family, Paul Weller, Tour de France, David Bowie, a pint of Harvey’s Bitter, anything Tesla.

Kylie Bentley

Office Manager

Kylie has held numerous management and leadership roles for over 15 years within UK Power Networks and various utility organisations. She is responsible for the day to day management of the office and is the alternative point of contact in the event that one of the PMs is not available.

Loves

Cats, holidays in the sun, bubbles and Olly Murs.

Sam Saunters

Project Manager

A motivated manager with experience across a variety of projects, from high-end projects in Central London to greenfield sites across the South East.

Favourite Projects

Planning of prestigious residential regeneration on the Isle of Dogs, large residential new build project in Deptford and major long-term regeneration projects in Folkestone.

Loves

Music and film, festivals, Mexican and Indian food, gaming and socialising.

George Ross

Graduate Trainee

George has achieved a first-class degree in Physics and a master’s degree in Physics with Astrophysics. He is responsible for providing support between clients, contractors, and consultants.

Loves

Cooking, Video Games, Back to the Future movies, and the Foo Fighters.

Chloe Ames

Trainee Project Manager

Chloe deals with a variety of communications between clients, contractors, consultants and is well connected to the Statutory Undertakers new connections and diversion teams. Chloe is also responsible for a variety of projects and providing support to clients.

Loves

Socialising with friends, shopping, music, concerts and the beach.

George Malsher

CAD Technician

New to the world of utilities George joins us with 3 years’ experience in Project Administration. He brings enthusiasm and creative thinking to the Utility Results Team. George’s role will mainly consist of providing CAD Drawing’s to our clients and project managers.

Skateboarding, music, cooking  and PC gaming with friends.

Sarah Goodwin

Social Media / Website & Marketing Director

With 25 years experience of teaching,  Sarah has a keen eye for detail, creativity, fresh ideas and problem solving.

Walks in the country with Wallace, socialising with family and friends, running and a nice bottle of red.

Claire Steed

Environmental Director

Claire has an MSc in environmental science and a career spanning private and public sectors; Claire brings a wealth of experience on environmental issues associated with utilities.

Helen Nicholl

CAD Manager

With 12 years experience of working in the construction industry producing architectural drawings and project managing various Educational, Commercial and Residential projects in the North West, South East and Wales.

Archbishop & John Wesley Primary Schools, various large sheltered housing refurbishment schemes and my favourite; Boxley old school conversion to a residential property.
